am an LLB graduate, am working from past 8 months, your ideas are really good, am looking forward for your videos and training.

ok, when do we get started? About 20 years ago, I took a course that talked about a couple of things that you mentioned within your videos. One was called "The Controller" kind of like your "Driver" trait.

I must say this is very interesting and the concept of "driver" was of particular interest to me.
It also appears that the problem with hiring is exactly what you say it is, I have learned a number of things which can be implemented at the first opportunity.

Nice videos, look forward to the next set.

Everything was very plain and presented in a conversational way which makes it easy to grasp. Since I am still trying to determine what niche is right for me...I am a long ways from hiring people etc. But the descriptions will be very helpful when I get there. Thank you for sharing good content!

I think the information you have presented is absolutely the kind of information I have been looking for to start my own business. The prerequisite of actually having a business to get altitude was disheartening. What do you recommend for those who want to start a business but need to find an idea and product to get headed in a direction. A program with this type of information would be very valuable to a person such as myself who wants to start a business but has not started or is wanting to start. At the moment I cant afford to spend money getting this information, so again, thanks for sharing it for free. In my own business I will be giving out lots of free stuff, as long as about 1-2% of the audience pays for the premium service, my business will be successfull.

Hi Eben, I took good notes. More importantly I develop clean blocks of focus daily. I train others I don't want interruptions until 4pm. My productivity is soaring. People don't think-they just do busy work too much.

Hi Eben, I watched your video without blinking my eyes: What an incredible value you have just added to my business. That was a 45 min perfectly delivered lecture of solid, winning management practices that can be replicated in any business that wants to stand above the crowd.

I am a designer who works for a truck plant. Extreme interest in the entrepreneurship areas that were introduced during high school, continued on to graduate a Mechanical Engineering Technologist. Your videos are the first videos that actually made sense to me and strengthened some current thoughts concerning succeeding in any area of business. I have just recently started a site and continue to try to find ways to expand enough that the site is actually doing what I intended for it...which I am honest to say is so far from the goal it is not funny at all. Always driving forward and trying to learn from mistakes is a good practice, but as you pointed out, being a business oriented person requires adjustment to work for the end results, not just to fill the day. I have need for all the information I can get my eyes on educationally and your videos are a GOLD MINE JUST WAITING TO BE FOUND.
